Who may use DentOps

DentOps is intended for clinics, clinic owners, authorized doctors, and clinic users who are permitted by a clinic to access the relevant workspace. You are responsible for making sure your use of DentOps is authorized by the clinic and complies with laws and professional obligations that apply to you.

What DentOps provides

DentOps provides software tools for clinic administration and related workflows, including appointments, patient contact records, follow-ups, invoices, payments, expenses, and optional web-based clinic records or integrations selected by a clinic.

Android mobile app scope

The DentOps Android mobile app focuses on clinic administration. It does not provide emergency services, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, telehealth, or clinical decision support.

Your responsibilities

• Use DentOps only for lawful clinic operations and authorized clinic workflows.
• Keep login credentials, devices, and clinic access secure.
• Enter accurate information and review records before relying on them in clinic operations.
• Obtain any patient, clinic, regulatory, or professional permissions required for your use of DentOps.
• Use exports, messages, invoices, and records responsibly and in compliance with laws that apply to your clinic.

Restricted uses

• Use DentOps as an emergency service.
• Use DentOps as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
• Attempt to access another clinic's workspace or data without permission.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the DentOps service.

Clinic and patient records

Clinics control the records they choose to enter into DentOps. DentOps does not verify the clinical, legal, tax, accounting, or professional accuracy of clinic-entered records. Clinics are responsible for maintaining records according to their own obligations.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DentOps reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, updated, or unavailable from time to time. We may update features, workflows, integrations, or these terms as the service evolves.
